Chris founded Jackson Injury Law in 2023 with the goal of empowering clients with knowledge of the law and how it affects their personal injury and wrongful death cases. Chris advises accident victims on how to access the best available medical care to treat their injuries. He collects the best available evidence and uses his unique experience to leverage every case to the best possible resolution and meet each individual client’s needs.

Before founding Jackson Injury Law, Chris spent years litigating cases on behalf of defendants and their insurance companies. This experience gives him insider knowledge on insurance claims management, evaluation techniques, and defense tactics. Chris saw firsthand that insurance companies use their massive budgets and powerful information collection capabilities to pay as little as possible to injury victims. He found that insurers are especially unfair with victims who aren’t represented by attorneys, and that they exploit goodwill garnered through tremendous marketing campaigns to make those victims feel as if they are being treated fairly.

After years working for insurance companies, Chris followed his heart to use the skills and knowledge he gained as a defense attorney to represent injury victims. Since then, Chris has recovered millions and millions of dollars for his clients, and he’s had fun doing it.
