Meet Cullen Mason
Attorney

Cullen Mason focuses his entire practice on representing injured victims in personal injury and wrongful death claims. His primary concern is not only maximizing compensation for his clients, but ensuring they feel secure and safe in the process of collecting on their injury claim. Cullen knows how disruptive, stressful, and chaotic life can feel after an injury. Cullen believes that the key to successful representation in an injury claim is the client’s ability to speak directly with their lawyer. To accomplish this, and help ease the immense burden that come alongside injury claims, all Cullen’s clients have his cellphone number so that they can reach him with whatever questions or concerns they may have about their case.
Before joining Jackson Injury Law, Cullen was the staff attorney for Judge Maureen C. Gottfried in Columbus, GA. There, Cullen learned the dos (and don’ts) of appearing in Court and advocating for clients, including for personal injury cases in civil court. He aided the Judge in hearing civil, criminal, and family law matters. Thereafter, Cullen practiced in another Metro Atlanta law firm wherein he was the sole associate in charge of high-value medical malpractice lawsuits, construction litigation, commercial collections, and lawsuits involving construction liens. Cullen’s experience has put him across from some of the most respected defense attorneys in the state of Georgia, and he uses this significant experience litigating to put his cases in a posture to be resolved pre-suit for his clients.
After years of being in and out of the courtroom, Cullen decided it was time to change the direction of his career to focus on helping individuals as opposed to large corporate entities. Cullen is motivated by the near-fatal car crash his mother was involved in when he was 15 years old. Although his mother survived, she was left with injuries that prompted one of the most difficult periods in his family’s lives. Cullen understands how crippling such circumstances can be for people and their families, and he is committed to helping others through these sorts of difficult times. Cullen grew up in a family of military servicemen dating back to World War I, and blue-collar workers who instilled in him the value of working hard in school and life. Cullen is always looking to remind his clients of the light of recovery at the end of their circumstances and understands the value of enduring tough times.
Before being sworn as an attorney, Cullen graduated from Clemson University with a degree in English and Philosophy. He worked in a restaurant in Greenville, South Carolina while undergoing the law school admissions process, and ultimately graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. Cullen has spent years working in and out of the courtroom, ensuring that his clients receive top-shelf service regardless of the size of the case.
When he is not working, Cullen can be found at the gym, listening to philosophy lectures, defending the ACC, and arguing with himself in the shower over niche philosophical questions.
