Patricia uses her years of experience in the personal injury field to be proactive and identify strategies to deliver the best client experience possible. Patricia’s clients frequently say she makes them feel at ease with what would otherwise be an unfamiliar and intimidating process.

Prior to her career in the legal industry, Patricia worked for a major hotel brand, quickly rising to the ranks of management despite having less experience than her coworkers. Now, she uses her passion for client service and her planning skills to set every case up for success.

A native of the Dominican Republic, Patricia is bilingual. Her Spanish-speaking clients are especially glad to have someone who can explain complex legal concepts in their native language.

Patricia has been one of Chris Jackson’s greatest allies in his legal practice for years, and he credits their teamwork as one of the key reasons he’s been able to deliver stellar results to so many clients.

When she’s not in the office, Patricia is probably watching her daughter play volleyball. She’s also an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and the NBA.
